Most self-managed boards are competent. What they lack is a finance department, a phone line someone answers, and software owners can log into. Full-service management sells all of that bundled with oversight the board neither needs nor wants to pay for.
So we unbundled it. Seven service categories, priced by unit count, published on the website. Take three of them or take all seven. Nobody attends your meetings to tell you what to decide.
